1. Status of the document and parties
1.1. The game operator and rights holder is Banda.mobi. This document governs the use of the Banda game and purchases of the in-game currency known as Green on Banda.mobi, in a regular browser, and in the Telegram Mini App. For direct sales, this document constitutes the Operator’s public offer.
1.2. A person who creates an account or uses the game is a Player, and a Player who places an order is also a Buyer. Unless another seller is identified before payment, Banda.mobi is the Seller. If a Merchant of Record accepts payment in its own name, it is the Seller and its identity and terms are displayed before payment.
1.3. The Operator is responsible for the game, the account, and crediting Green. The Seller is responsible for accepting payment and performing the seller’s duties. Relations with the Operator are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan without depriving the Buyer of mandatory rights applicable at their habitual residence.
2. Age and acceptance
2.1. The game is intended only for persons aged 18 or older. A person under 18 may not create an account, use the game, or make purchases.
2.2. By creating an account and starting the game, the Player confirms that they are an adult and accepts this Agreement, the game rules, and the personal-data processing terms. The system may retain the time and version of the accepted documents.
2.3. Before payment, the Buyer separately confirms the package, price, currency, seller, and payment method. New purchase terms apply only to orders created after the relevant revision is published.
3. Account, licence, and materials
3.1. Banda operates on a free-to-play basis: its main features are available without a mandatory purchase of Green. An account may be used only by its owner and may not be sold, gifted, leased, or transferred to another person.
3.2. The Player is responsible for safeguarding their password, active session, device, and Telegram access. Suspected unauthorised access should be reported to support without delay.
3.3. The game’s code, text, images, and other materials are protected by law. The Player receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game through Banda.mobi or the Telegram Mini App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Bypassing protection or using a modified client to gain an advantage is prohibited.
4. Game and rules
4.1. Game actions, rewards, losses, random outcomes, and communication are governed by the game rules and the information shown before an action.
4.2. The Operator may moderate content and restrict communication or access to an account for a breach of law or the rules. The reason and duration of a restriction are displayed through the method provided in the game.
4.3. Game resources and accounts may not be sold or purchased outside methods expressly provided by the game. The Operator may change future mechanics, rewards, timers, and in-game prices without changing an order that has already been confirmed.
5. Green and game resources
5.1. Green is recorded on the account and may be used only for actions within the game. It may be earned free as a game reward or purchased in a separate package.
5.2. The game does not support cashing Green out, buybacks, exchange for real money, or direct transfers to another Player. Purchased and free Green are combined after being credited.
5.3. Green may be kept in a personal safe or contributed to the gang treasury. A treasury contribution cannot be returned to the personal balance by an ordinary game action. A purchase gives the Buyer the right to receive the quantity of Green stated in the order but does not transfer rights to the account or game materials.
6. Seller, order, and price
6.1. Each order covers one package of Green for the current account. There are no subscriptions, automatic renewals, or recurring charges.
6.2. Before confirming an order, the Buyer sees the package, final price, currency or Telegram Stars, seller, payment service, and material terms. For a sale through a Merchant of Record, its checkout also displays applicable taxes and fees.
6.3. The order record may include its number, Player, Seller, package, regular and final price, discount, currency, payment service, status, timestamps, payment identifier, and offer version. A change to the package or price creates a new order.
7. Payment and delivery
7.1. An order must be paid in full before Green is credited. Payment is confirmed by a message from the Seller or payment service that the full amount was received; an invoice or screenshot alone is not proof of payment.
7.2. Green is credited after full payment is confirmed. A repeated notification for the same payment does not create a second purchase. If money was charged but Green was not delivered within the stated period, the Buyer should contact support.
7.3. Purchases inside Telegram use Telegram Stars; the website offers methods provided by connected payment services. Banda.mobi does not receive a full card number, expiry date, or security code and will never ask for a password or Telegram code.
8. Refunds and claims
8.1. The Buyer may use remedies provided by applicable law. A claim may be made, for example, for a duplicate or incorrect charge, missing Green, an incorrect package, or termination of the game before a paid order is fulfilled.
8.2. A claim should include the nickname or profile link, order number, amount and currency or Stars, payment method and time, requested remedy, reason, and available proof of charge. Never provide a password, Telegram code, full card number, or security code.
8.3. The Seller reviews the order, payment, crediting, and use of Green. Refunds are made in the manner and within the period required by law, the order terms, and payment-service rules. After a refund, the Operator may remove no more than the refunded amount of Green from the personal balance and safe; funds are not removed from other members’ treasury balances.
9. Access, changes, and termination
9.1. Owning purchased Green does not exempt the Player from the rules. The game may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, security, or compliance with legal requirements.
9.2. If the game is permanently discontinued, claims concerning paid but unfulfilled orders are handled under section 8 and applicable law.
9.3. These terms do not limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law. The Player is responsible for infringement of third-party rights caused by their content or actions.
10. Contact, revisions, and operator details
10.1. Requests are accepted at hi@banda.mobi. Do not include passwords, Telegram codes, or full payment credentials in a message.
10.2. The current revision is published at Banda.mobi/terms. A new revision applies after publication and does not change the terms of an order already paid.
10.3. If an individual provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect where the document can operate without it.
10.4. Operator and rights holder: Banda.mobi. If translations differ, the Russian revision applies unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
